as NTP Staff of Clinica Antipolo Hospital and Wellness Center Inc. effective 04 th of April 2022.

I really appreciate the trust and confident that was given during my employment in the company would like to take
this opportunity to thank CAHWCI and my immediate heads for the professional, development and personal
growth that have been provided to me for 3 years and 2 months tenure. I’m really grateful for the people that I
have the chance to work with. CAHWCI has prepared me to become more competent individuals and has helped
