To work in an organization in a responsible position where my technical and management
skills should be enhanced and should be implemented for organization’s growth.

Work Experience
1. Worked as a Junior Engineer in production at “Tokai Rubber Auto Parts India Pvt Ltd” from 7th
June 2021 to 10th April 2022.
Responsibilities :
Experience in handling of production lines and resource. Production quality assurance and
cross functional co-ordination with other departments to achieve production target.
 In charge of production shop, responsible for work allotment for sub-ordinates and
periodically giving training/assessing them to improve their skill level.
 Inspecting and maintaining quality as per standards.
 Identifying problems related to 4Ms and taking countermeasures.
 Responsibility of manpower handling.
 Analysing rejections and quality related stoppages and find out countermeasures either by
making modification in tooling, process parameters or programming.
 Strong orientation towards achievements of production targets. (with maximum utilization
of all resources)
 Maintaining of daily production data and producing it in a weekly report meeting every week
to analyse and improvise the production and quality related issues in the shop floor.

2. Working as a Quality In-process Engineer in Optics Metrology Department in “Optics

and Allied Engineering” from May 11th to till date.
Responsibilities :
Handling production in-process and quality assurance ,also acquiring continuous knowledge in
CMM (Co-Ordinate Measuring Machine) , FTS (Form Talysurf ) and LIM (Laser Interferometer).
 Working in SPDT (single point diamond turning machining) team as a Quality analyst.
 Measuring parts as per dimensions and specifications mentioned in the design.
 Visual inspection of parts and cosmetic check.
 Maintaining data and producing it to analyse and improvise the production quality related
issues.
