
 Single window for supplier and customer quality.
 Creating Department KPI’s conduct monthly review and driving team to achieve the targets
 Monitor, communicate and improve key supply chain KPI’s
 Work with Purchase team to ensure supplier performance is regularly reported and that appropriate
and timely corrective actions are implemented.
  Need plot & read Control Charts, Conduct CPk Studies, Data collection for Cp/CPk
studies
 Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines
 Perform on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of correction
actions of supplierquality issues and improvements
 Manage and coordinate supplier Parts Per Million (PPM), supplier problem
solving on time, costrecovery and supplier warranty indicators
 Drive “Zero Defect” mentality within the supply base and customer base.

 Develop training to build quality awareness.
