LET ALL PARTIES CONCERNED attend the Honourable judge in Chambers on the day
2022 at 8.30 O’clock in the forenoon or soon thereafter as Counsel for the
Objector/Applicant may be heard on Application on the part of the Plaintiff seeking grant of the
following Orders;

1. THAT the application herein be certified as urgent and service in the first instance be
dispensed with resultantly.

2. THAT this Honourable Court be pleased to grant leave to the firm of KHAMINWA &
KHAMINWA ADVOCATES to come on record for the Objector/ Applicant

3. THAT costs be provided for.

WHICH APPLICATION is supported by the Affidavit of NURBANU ESMAIL OSMAN A.K.A

NOORBHANU ABDULRAZAK further grounds to be adduced at the hearing hereof and
pertinently on the following;

1. That the confirmed grant of represention has already been Issued and the applicant has instructed
the firm of KHAMINWA & KHAMINWA ADVOCATES to Act for her in place of NGONZE &
NGONZE ADVOCATES

2. That leave is necessary for the firm of KHAMINWA & KHAMINWA to come on record for the
