I disagree that the Olympic games are a waste of money because it helps local

entrepreneurs expand their small businesses. For instance, many athletes across
the country will be competing in one country so by their presence they can help
these local entrepreneurs by buying their unique products.

Then, the athletes can see the culture of their opponent country. For example,
the athletes can learn the culture like what are their traditional clothes, food or
celebration that they used to celebrate. Therefore, when the athletes know
various cultures from other countries, it is easier for them to communicate and
have a friendly bond.

At the same time, the Olympic games have benefits such as entertainment. For
instance, we enjoy watching our local athletes fighting with their opponents and it
makes us feel proud when they win. Furthermore, it increases the chances of our
knowledge in sports. That is we can watch the athletes use the perfect technique
to get a perfect score.

In general, I disagree that the Olympics are a waste of money because the
Olympics have been held by various big countries for over a decade and the
countries that held the Olympics, their economy do not decrease.
