CTRL s.r.o. is a private SME specializing in advanced hardware and mechatronics systems. It’s transforming
experiences and knowledge from the terrestrial industry into space projects. Since the beginning of the market,
the company has worked closely with academic and scientific institutions from the Slovak Republic and abroad.
The company has developed a Novel system of Angular Position Measurement based on variable capacity. This
technology was demonstrated as a reliable system for space applications in laboratory conditions on a Multiturn
Absolute rotary encoder, High-Resolution single turn ring encoder, and Middle-low resolution sensor.

Activities of the company also include the development of a Mixes Signal ASIC/FPGA and contactless incremental
sensors for SADM. Space applications for CTRL products are Precise pointing technology, Solar array tilting
mechanisms, Filter wheels, Low-cost deployment systems (booms, hinges, etc.), and other similar mechanisms.

From a long-term perspective, CTRL intends to create a unique technological capability that will strengthen
Slovakia’s position as a valuable part of the European space value chain.

For over 10 years now SHARK.AERO has been proudly producing its award-winning and record-breaking Shark
aircraft. Private pilots in more than 20 countries experience the joy of Shark’s extraordinary performance, comfort,
manufacturing quality, safety and flight characteristics.

In January 2022 Shark proved its reliability by carrying 19-year-old Zara Rutherford and later on in August 2022 her
17-year-old brother Mack around the world breaking eight Guinness World Records and becoming the youngest
man and woman in history to circumnavigate the world solo. If these two record-breaking missions are summed-
up, they flew 106,000 km or 57,000 nm via 43 countries and 5 continents in all climates and temperatures ranging
from -34°C to +48°C.

Supratek was founded in 2005. We are a dynamic, fast-growing company which has held its position on the market
for over 18 years dealing with mechanical production of precise components, processing of metallic and non-metallic
materials, development and construction of special purpose equipment and robotic cells, as well as the design of
complex solutions for various types of industry. The company structure is made of 55 employees, 2 buildings and
2 divisions. Precision machining focuses on small and high-volume production supported by a broad range of
technologies, modern 3 and 5- axis CNC machining centres and CNC turning machines. Mechanical engineering
offers different levels of automation starting from simple fixtures, more comprehensive equipment, to a complete
manufacturing line. To complete our package, we offer final assembly focused on the production of specific, often
custom equipment with emphasis on the precision and quality of the completed assembly.
