This study analyzed the associations between COVID-19 vaccination status and positivity and cycle threshold (Ct) value among 116 confirmed COVID-19 patients in Indonesia. The results showed that unvaccinated patients had a higher risk of COVID-19 infection and lower mean Ct value (25.52±5.46) compared to those fully vaccinated (31.5±6.27), with a significant p-value of 0.000. Thus, the study concluded that vaccination status is associated with positivity and Ct value, with fully vaccinated individuals having higher Ct values indicating lower viral loads.
