OPENING HYMN

“Oceans" By Hillsong UNITED

You call me out upon the waters
The great unknown where feet may fail
And there I find You in the mystery
In oceans deep my faith will stand

And I will call upon Your Name

And keep my eyes above the waves
When oceans rise
My soul will rest in Your embrace
For I am Yours and You are mine

Your grace abounds in deepest waters

Your sovereign hand will be my guide
Where feet may fail and fear surrounds me
You've never failed and You won't start now

So I will call upon Your Name

And keep my eyes above the waves
When oceans rise
My soul will rest in Your embrace
For I am Yours and You are mine, oh

And You are mine, oh

Spirit lead me where my trust is without borders

Let me walk upon the waters
Wherever You would call me
Take me deeper than my feet could ever wander
And my faith will be made stronger
In the presence of my Saviour

Spirit lead me where my trust is without borders

Let me walk upon the waters
Wherever You would call me
Take me deeper than my feet could ever wander
And my faith will be made stronger
In the presence of my Saviour

OPENING PRAYER

Oh, merciful Almighty Father! the All-Powerful Creator. I'm grateful for another day in this world you
made. Thank you for giving us courage as each day passes by. I pray that you continue to shower us with
blessings and that you continue to fill our hearts and minds with knowledge and joy as we live our lives.
My God! Please excuse our past behavior and all of our mistakes. Dear Heavenly Father, kindly pardon
us! In the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray.

Amen.

Lamentations 3:55-57

But I called on your name, Lord, from deep within the pit. You heard me when I cried…Yes, you
came when I called

REFLECTION

Good day friends! Everyday we wake up to new beginnings. Each day is very different from all the
others. Some days we are feeling good, and in some days it is as if we are lost. Some of us here might be
feeling either of that today. But do not fret, God is with us as we wake up every morning, it is up to us
whether we heed His call.

Life is full of struggles, problems in life are inevitable. It is what brings us down and what hinders us
from moving forward. Sometimes we would feel lost and we would feel that all our strength is gone. We
must keep God in mind and always be faithful to Him. Just take for example Joshua, who struggled for
40 years in a desert and in those 40 years he never doubted God and always had faith in him. In the end,
God guided him, gave him strength and many blessings. He was worhty of God’s love and blessings
because he remained faithful and devoted to him. Just like Moses, Abraham, Isaac, they always trusted
God and called to His name, obeyed Him. In the end they were given many blessings and were promised
many things which came true.

From the verses 55-57 of Lamentations chapter 3, we can reflect that if we are faithful to God and the
Lord, he will help us in our struggles. The verse is so simple but can be a very great reminder for each
day that God is with us and He will be there for us no matter what. All we have to do is have faith in Him
and call to His name.

SHARING OF THOUGHTS

God is with us no matter what circumstance it would be. No matter where we are, He is watching and
ready to help. But we must also do our best to be fit of His help and His blessings. We must evaluate
ourselves whether we are worthy of Him. Keep in mind that it is very easy to be worthy of His love, since
God does not ask much, all he asks is our faith and love. On the other hand, we must do our best and
not only rely on God’s help. God has given us circumstances and problems in life not to be weakened,
but to be stronger. We must never doubt Him, for it is a sin. God is our strength and the only source of
it, without Him we are weak.

CLOSING HYMN
“Glorious Day " By Passion
I was buried beneath my shame
Who could carry that kind of weight?
It was my tomb
'Til I met You

I was breathing, but not alive

All my failures I tried to hide
It was my tomb
'Til I met You

You called my name

Then I ran out of that grave
Out of the darkness
Into Your glorious day
You called my name
And I ran out of that grave
Out of the darkness
Into Your glorious day

Now Your mercy has saved my soul

Now Your freedom is all that I know
The old made new
Jesus, when I met You, whoa, what a day

When you called my name

And I ran out of that grave
Out of the darkness
Into Your glorious day
You called my name
Then I ran out of that grave
Out of the darkness
Into Your glorious day

CLOSING PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father. We thank you for your guidance and strength as we go through our lives. We
thank you for being beside us all the time and guiding us to the right path . We thank you that as we call
on your name, you are always there for us. We are sorry for all the wrong deeds that we have done and
for not trusting You in the past. I pray that this will be a lesson for us and I pray that you forgive us Dear
Heavenly Father. In Jesus name we pray,

Amen.
