I am pleased to submit an original research article entitled “The Effect


of Consuming Pokea Clam (Batissa
Violaceavar. Celebencis Von Marten 1897) on the Lipid Profile Levels” by I Putu Sudayasa, La Ode
Alifariki, Heriviyatno Julika Siagian and Tukatman for consideration for publication in Songklanakarin journal
science and technology. This manuscript builds on issue develop in Sampara city that is highly number of
hypertension cases.

In this manuscript, we show that food sources in coastal areas are highly contains of sodium rather than in highland
areas which is affecting the eating pattern in both communities.

We believe that this manuscript is appropriate for publication by Songklanakarin journal science and tecnology
because it improves the programs and policies thereby advancing the wellbeing of the public at large. Our
manuscript creates a paradigm for future studies of the effect of consuming pokea clam (batissa violaceavar.
celebencis von marten 1897) on the lipid profile levels.
