1. During this initial stage, employees deny that any changes will actually take place, try
to convince themselves that the old way is working, and create reasons why the
proposed changes will never work. This is called Change Through Organizational.
2. Employees must have the opportunity to provide feedback to the people making the
changes. This is called Two-way communication.
3. Consolidate improvements, reassess changes, and make necessary adjustments in
the new programs is the implementing change phase of Kotter’s Eight-Step Plan for
Implementing change.
4. Organization transformation implies radical changes in how members perceive,
think, and behave at work. It is called Transformational change.
5. Focuses on how that knowledge can be organized and used to improve performance
is called Continuous change intervention.
