Login: Can enter into the app with the username and password details.

Register: Helps new member to register by entering the required details.

Contact us: Contains address and contact details of the company.

About us: Contains complete details of the company.

LOGIN:

To login into the app, enter your Username and Password provided by Health
Connect and tap login.

REGISTER:

If you are a new member, enter your Username and Password, Email and
Mobile Number and tap Register.

TIP: Username and Password given here will be your Login details.

FORGOT PASSWORD:

If you have any problem to login, tap on forgot password and enter the
registered Username and Mobile number then tap ok. You will receive
password to your mobile number. You can login with the username and new
password.

MENU:

After a successful login, when you tap any of the members name, utilization
tab will be opened. In the top left, tap MENU.It contains different tabs
starting from:

HOME:

Contains details of all the members involved in the plan.

NOTE: Also has the accessibility to search for any Clinic and Hospital.

BOOKDOC:

Can take appointment from doctor through online with this app, before visiting
the hospital.

UTILIZATION(in patient):

Shows the complete in patient and out patient details(Name,policy

number,total limit,total amount used,expiry date,etc) of the member.

Get benefits:Tap on

R&B Maximum days: Maximum number of days alloted for Room and boarding.

R&B Daily RM: Total amount alloted for room and boarding per day.

Room Type: Depends on type of the plan (If not applicable displayed as N/A).

ICU Days: Total number of days applicable to admit in ICU,depending on type of


plan.

ICU Daily RM: Total amount applicable for the admission into ICU,depending on
the type of plan.
Co Payment:

Claim Deductable:The amount to be paid out of your pocket towards the claim
from the total amount.

Claim Coverage:Total amount coverd under the claim.

UTILIZATION(Out patient):

Top up limit: Additional amount that can be credited into the account.

Annual limit: Total amount limit for one year

Utilized: Total amount used till date

Balance: Total amount remaining till date

Specialist limit: Total amount for specialist clinic or specialist practitioner (If not
applicable will be displayed as N/A), depending on type of plan for the
member.

SP Utilized: Total amount utilized for specialist clinic or specialist practitioner (If
not applicable will be displayed as N/A)

SP Balance: Total amount remaining for specialist (If not applicable will be
displayed as N/A)

Dental Limit: Total amount remaining for dental treatment (If not applicable will
be displayed as N/A)

CLAIMS:

Details of total claims for both in patient and out patient will be saved.

LETTER OF GUARANTEE:

Details of the guarantee letter issued for both in patient and out patient will
be saved and can be downloaded .

OUT PATIENT GL REQUEST :

Letter of guarantee can be issued by completing the above details and tap
submit.
Name of the hospital:

Select name of the hospital from the drop down box available.

Upload referal letter:

Document or picture of the letter of guarantee can be uploaded by tapping the

icon .(Can take a picture directly or can choose from your gallery).

GL REQUEST HISTORY:

Contains the complete history of the letter of guarantee(GL) requested till


date.(can be downloaded)

E-CARD:Online card that contains the complete details of your plan.

NOTIFICATION:Messages sent to you can be viewed

REPORT BUG:Can send email to support team of mediexpress if there is any


issue, from the app.
