fissile material controls are provided in 10 CFR 71.15.

Bioassay (/dictionary/bioassay) means the determination of kinds, quantities or concentrations and, in some cases, the locations of radioactive material in the
human body, whether by direct measurement, in vivo counting, or by analysis and evaluation of materials excreted or removed from the human body. For
purposes of these rules, “radiobioassay” is an equivalent term.

Cell Line (/dictionary/cell-line) means a mammalian cell line that is developed using the Selexis Technology.

Asbestos-containing material (/dictionary/asbestos-containing-material) or “ACM” means asbestos or any material containing more than one percent (1%)
asbestos as determined using methods specified in 40 CFR 763, Subpart E, Appendix E, Section I, Polarized Light Microscopy* including Category I and
Category II ACM and all friable material.

Explosive material (/dictionary/explosive-material) means any chemical compound, mixture, or device which produces a substantial instantaneous release of
gas and heat spontaneously or by contact with sparks or flame.

Study Materials (/dictionary/study-materials) means all the materials and information created for the Study, or required to be submitted to the Sponsor
including all data, results, Biological Samples, Case Report Forms (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how
and the like, whether patentable or not, relating to the Study, which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study, but excluding the Institution’s
ordinary patient records.

Cloud Materials (/dictionary/cloud-materials) means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course
of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not
