1. If you were to be asked, do you think that your purpose and vision in life are connected to
each other? Why or why not?

If I were to be asked if purpose and vision in life are connected to each other? For me
“YES”, purpose and vision in life are closely connected. Purpose can be defined as the
reason why a person exists or what they hope to achieve in life, while vision is the mental
image of what that purpose looks like in practice. In other words, purpose is the goal, and
vision is the road map that directs the traveler to that goal. when someone has a strong
sense of purpose, it can help them develop a clear vision of what they want to achieve in
life. This vision, in turn, can help them stay focused and motivated, even when faced with
obstacles or setbacks.

2. What part of Filipino culture do you think will be helpful in promoting harmonious work
environment globally? Why?

One aspect of Filipino culture that can be helpful in promoting a harmonious work
environment globally is the value of "pakikisama" or the ability to get along with others.
Filipinos are known for their friendly and accommodating nature, which makes them
easy to work with and approachable. The development of strong interpersonal bonds and
a sense of teamwork among coworkers from various backgrounds can be facilitated by
this quality. It encourages a culture of cooperation and collaboration, which may boost
output and raise job satisfaction. the value of "pakikisama" and strong community ties in
Filipino culture can contribute to creating a harmonious work environment globally by
promoting positive interpersonal relationships, teamwork, and a sense of loyalty and
commitment among employees.
