ixamBee is an online test prep and learning company that leverages technology to customize content and make quality
education accessible. We help unskilled graduates and undergraduates in preparation of competitive exams for jobs in the
centre government, banks, state governments, railways, LIC, etc. About 40 million students appear for such competitive
exams every year, most of them coming from tier 2-3 cities and villages. More than 5 million students have been benefited

ixamBee is team consist of professionals who have previously worked in IT, Banking and finance sector (RBI,
MakeMyTrip, SIDBI, ICICI Bank, CARE Rating, HDFC Bank) and have graduated from top institutes such as IIM
Ahmedabad, ISB Hyderabad, IIT Roorkee, IIT Bombay, Delhi University and others.

Responsibilities
● Understand the user's education and background to access learning requirements.
● Explain product features, content quality and unique offerings of ixamBee for converting users into paid
customers.
● Take product feedback for further improvement in the product.
● Participate in team discussion for making customer engagement and sales process better.

Qualifications
● MBA, preferably in marketing and operations
● Keen to make career in sales and ability and desire to sell
● Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Writing, Reading and Speaking) and Hindi (Speaking)
● Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet

Skills required
● Energetic and enthusiastic personality
● Ability to work independently without any monitoring and supervision
● Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
● Strong analytical skills to understand users’ behavior for marketing and sales

Compensation :
For BBA candidates - 5LPA [ 3.5Lakhs (fixed) + 1.5Lakhs (Variable) ]
For MBA Candidates - 6 LPA [ 4 Lakhs (fixed) + 1.5 Lakhs (Variable) + 25k (Retention Bonus to be paid on one-year
completion + 25k to be paid on two-year completion)]
