evenly districted.
Effective distance of B-Bus with twist pair wire (Φ≥1.0mm2) is 1,00m.
F-Bus is two wires with polarity free. Use of flame retardant twisted pair with Φ≥1.0mm2 is
recommended. Transmission distance reach up to 1,000m. All devices should be evenly districted.
Controller has three kinds of user interfaces, which are Level 1 user interface, Level 2 user
interface and Level 3 user interface. Different operations can be carried out under different user
interfaces.
Insert connection is adopted for all connecting wires, which makes installation, commissioning,
maintenance and repair convenient and fast.
Anti-EMI.
Controller can adjust detection sensitivity and automatically adapt to environmental changes, thus
greatly improve fire alarm reliability.
Both direct on-site programming on controller and fast programming through computer are
available.
Configuration file inside controller can be uploaded to computers via USB.
(in:mm)
Fault alarm
To ensure reliability of the fire alarms, the control unit will check all field devices and detection bus when
the system runs normally. When fault happens, the “Fault Alarm” light will be on, system will issue a
sound and the display screen will automatically switch to the fault window to display the relevant fault
information. You can operate menu by keyboard on panel. For detailed information, please refer to
chapters 4 and 5.
When there is a certain fault in the system and it is not recovered, it will affect the fire alarm priority
function. In the application, the following attention should be paid:
Fire alarm can not be made normally in places where detector is damaged
Bus is faulty. (such as bus is open or short)
Power supply fault

BT8002 is used for manual operation, information entry and information display.
BT8002 includes LCD screen, indicators, keyboard, and buzzer.
is multi-line interlocking panel (BT8011): located in the lower part of controller.
BT8011 is used for automatic control or manual operation of important equipment (such as pump
and fan).
BT8011 has a total of 8 channels of outputs which are used to control on-site fire control
equipment. Output capacity: 28VDC /40mA. It has 8 channels of contact input which are used
for receiving confirmation signals coming from activated field devices, while the other 8
channels are reserved.
is printer: located in the lower left part of controller.
When fire alarm, fault or interlocking event occurs, printer will automatically print the type, user
text of the event and year, month, day, hour, minute and second.
1. User levels
BC8002 includes three user levels. The user level displayed at the right corner of the screen (Fig.1).
Level 1: any personnel
Level 2: operator on duty
Level 3: commissioning, maintenance and repair personnel
Different user levels have different authorizations and user interface options are also different.
The default user interface of system is Level 1. Corresponding password needs to be entered to log
in Level 2 and 3 user interfaces.
Under Level 2 and 3 user interfaces, if no operation is performed by the user and no event occurs
within the pre-set time, the system will automatically switch to level 1 interface.
If no operation is performed by the user and no event occurs within 2 minutes, the LCD back light
will be automatically turned off. By pressing any key, the user can light up the LCD display.

1. Introduction
BT8011/BT8012 interlocking control panels are used for automatic/manual control of important
equipment (such as pump and fan).
There are two kinds control signals can be chosen: Pulse and Level.
BT8011/BT8012 communicates with the controller through B-BUS. OC output controls external
equipment through relays.
All “activation”, “fault” and “confirmation” signals are displayed on the panel and there are
corresponding sounds prompt for them.
The functions of “test” and “silence” are available.
When the “Manual” light is on, it indicates manual operation is allowed. At this time, on-site
equipment can be activated/stopped by keyboard.
When the “Automatic” light is on, it indicates automatic operation is allowed. At this time, the
controller is allowed to automatically interlock and control on-site equipment.
3U panel structure.
The first five digits of the Dip-switch define the address of the current interlocking panel. The sixth
digit is used to define whether the interlocking panel communicates with the controller through
B-Bus. The seventh and eighth digits define the output mode of the interlocking panel. Detailed
information is given in the table below:

3. Operation
1. Features
BC8013 extinguishing panel is used for extinguishing section control. It can be set at automatic
mode or manual mode. It is mainly applied for rooms stored with importance devices or
electronic materials (IT room or switch-board room etc.) and file rooms, libraries or other
rooms which need special protection.
One panel monitors 2 extinguishing sections, for each section, there are three outputs: output1,
output2, gas release and all activation will provide confirmation signals.
Can be connected via B-Bus, address set by Dip-switch, Information of extinguishing section
can be displayed on the control unit. The parameters of BC8013 extinguishing panel can be
configured by the control unit or downloaded from PC-tool.
Three kinds of activation/stop mode: automatic activation, manual activation and remote
activation/stop.
Operation can be done on the control unit or in the remote protected area.
External control wires are monitored automatically against the short circuit.
Auto mapping is possible for commissioning.
Fault is automatically detected and displayed on the panel.

3. Operation
Remote activate/stop
BC8013 extinguishing panel has two input terminals (RA& RS). RA is remote activation input
terminal and RS is remote stop input terminal. Generally remote activate/stop button is installed
on site. When fire occurs, the operator will judge if extinguishing devices is necessary to
extinguish fire. If it is, he will press the remote activation button immediately. The extinguishing
panel will be at extinguishing status and activates all kinds of alarm devices and extinguishing
devices. When the site people find that fire is under control and extinguishing devices is not
necessary any more, he press the remote stop button to stop extinguishing devices. The current
status is kept.
Emergency stop
At “manual” status, the “emergency stop” button can stop extinguishing command and the current
status is kept.
After finishing installation, don’t connect field devices and do the following check:
(1) Check all connection in the panel and 28VDC power supply, then switch it on.
(2) At normal status, press “Silence/Test” button to test panel; When buzzer is alarming, press
“Silence/Test” button to silence and LED is on. When emergency, fault or answer happens,
the LED flashes, to press “Silence/Test” button again, LED is on.
(3) Press “manual” button
press “auto” button
press “manual” button, then “manual” LED is
on and the panel is at “manual” status. At “manual” status, press “emergency activation”
button can carry out emergency activation command. At “auto” status, “emergency
activation” button is useless.
(4) “Auto” LED is on means the panel at “auto” status. If panels monitor more extinguishing
sections, each BC8013 should be given individual address.
(5) Remote activation/stop, to activate/stop extinguishing devices remotely by collective push
buttons.
(6) “Emergency stop” button is only available at “Manual” status. When you press the
“emergency stop” button, the LED will be on and block any activation which did not happen.
After finishing the above mentioned commissioning, connect field extinguishing devices into
terminals based on connection drawing. If check is passed, switch it on. Once field device is
connected to the panel. The following items should be noticed:
Not allow to do any alarm test at the “auto” status;
Not allow to set the panel as “manual” status at normal time;
Ensure “remote activation” button and “remote stop” button to be available and at non-
activation status.
Remark:
The panel must be checked and ensure all connection is correct, then switch it on;
the panel should be used and managed by specific person, any other person is not
allowed to operate it.
To be installed at dry place, avoid humidity.
Avoid shake and direct hit.
Ensure site activation/stop button at good status, avoid gas release by mistake.
Any problem should be handled in time and ensure panel at good working status.
Check panel manually at certain time.
Person on duty should do daily check of control unit, and take corresponding record on duty. If fire alarm,
failure and other abnormal events (control unit will have audio warning, indicator flashing and event
display) happen, “Requirements of Event Treatment” shall be followed, till the control unit restores to its
normal state. The record shall be well kept.
