Synopsis of Team Project

In order to promote social services and healthcare access for kids from kindergarten through
college, our team has chosen to develop a campaign. Our team’s goal is to build a society in
which all students have access to tools that advance their well-being and empower them to live
successfully. The team aims to collaborate with local government entities, community groups,
and educational institutions to increase student access to social services.

Through outreach and education initiatives, our team has isolated a number of important goals
including supporting student access to affordable mental health care, health care, food, housing,
and increasing public knowledge of the range of social services and resources available. The
team has decided to be a non-profit organization dedicated to providing resources and services
to students who need them. The organization's name is Healthy and Happy (H2) and is
committed to making a difference in the lives of students from diverse backgrounds.

The team will collaborate with local government entities, schools, and community groups to
advance the cause and encourage student access to social services. We will create and put into
practice measures to support student access to mental health care, such as identifying and
directing students to mental health services and helping them to understand how to utilize those
services. Additionally, we will find and encourage student and family access to resources for
affordable housing, food, and healthcare. Through outreach and education initiatives we also
hope to raise public knowledge of the social services and resources that are readily available.

Our public awareness campaign will emphasize the importance of providing students with
access to social services and healthcare. We will employ social media, internet advertisements,
and other marketing avenues in order to connect with students, families, and community
partners. We will also plan events and activities in order to increase awareness of the social
services and resources available. This could include fundraising events, rock-the-vote
campaigning, and sign-up events that include knowledgeable individuals that could help to get
students set up for success. Together our team aspires to improve the lives of students who
require assistance and resources in order to succeed. We feel that education is the number one
barrier to access and so our goals are to ensure understanding in a world fraught with
complexity.

In conclusion, we have planned a campaign that aims to foster social services and healthcare
access for students from kindergarten through college. The team's vision is to create a world

We have set clear objectives, established partnerships with key stakeholders, and developed a
