As displayed in Table 3, the assessment of the status of

school plant management system rated as Good with overall

weighted mean of 3.22. All items rated as Good, such as: The
school site area is 30,000 sq. m. or above 2,000 students or more

with weighted mean of 3.33 as rank 1; The school site and

immediate vicinity is free from any condition endangering the

health, safety and moral growth of the students with weighted

mean of 3.28 as rank 2; The school site is accessible to the

greatest number students it intends to serve with weighted mean

of 3.17 as rank 3; The location of the school site is accessible

and has suitable surrounding environment with weighted mean of

3.16 as rank 4; and The playground is located in safe and

sanitary area of the school site with weighted mean of 3.14 as

rank 5.

It proves that the school have met the standard site area of

30,000 sq. m. or above 2,000 students or more.

Relatively, Gapasin (2016) confirmed that all secondary

schools have to follow the school plant management manual which

they are required to abide.

As depicted in Table 4, the computed t-value is 8.24 which

is higher that the critical value of 1.858 with degree of freedom

of 8 at 0.05 level of significance. Hence, there is significant

difference on the school plant management system as assessed by

administrators and teachers. Therefore, the hypothesis is

rejected.

As depicted in Table 5, the computed r-value is 0.91 which

is nearest to 1.0. Hence, there is strong relationship between

gender and online selling. Therefore, the hypothesis is

rejected.
