genders of stakeholders view the system. Even though 132 college students

were surveyed as part of the study, the results show that additional stakeholders

at the university must participate in order to obtain a more thorough knowledge

and insightful recommendations for change. This highlights how complicated

online grading systems may be and how crucial it is to take into account a variety

of viewpoints in order to successfully implement them.

Quality feedback can have both favorable and adverse effects, a reality

acknowledged by Hattie and Clarke (2019). The study emphasizes the

importance of recognizing individual differences in interpreting and reacting to

feedback. Understanding the potential variations in how feedback is received

and its impact on individuals is crucial for effective communication and

improvement strategies.

Table 3. Is there a Significant difference in the assessment when grouped

according to their Gender

Variables F-crit P-Value Interpretation

The difference in the
assessment when grouped 4.073 0.00 Significant
according to their gender

Based on the data provided in the table above, it offers valuable insights into

determining whether Age has a significant impact on the Acceptability of

RecPort. The analysis of the data indicates that the computed F-value

significantly exceeds the Critical F-value, indicating a strong statistical

significance. This suggests that Age does indeed have a notable effect on the

Acceptability of RecPort. Such a finding is expected to have a considerable

impact on the final assessment of RecPort in user profiles, as it highlights the

importance of age in influencing perceptions and evaluations of RecPort.

Beletski&Desai (2019), looks into how female ownership affects firm growth

and how it modifies the effects of firm age and financing availability. We employ

a mixed effects model that takes into account both firm and regional
ASSEMBLYWOMAN FELICITA G. BERNARDINO

characteristics, and we use a sample of 7203 firms in Bangladesh, India, and

Pakistan. First, we examine the relationship between two indicators of firm

growth—employment growth and the Birch Index—and women's ownership.

Secondly, we study the impact of women's ownership on the association

between firm age and financing availability for business expansion. Our findings

show that while gender has a significant impact on firm growth, it is influenced

by a number of factors, including firm age, financial availability, and regional and

national differences.

Table 3.2 Is there a Significant difference in the Assesment when grouped

according to their Age

Variables F-crit P-Value Interpretation

The difference in the
assessment when grouped 4.073 0.00 Significant
according to their age

The data provided in the table above offers insights into the significance of

Acceptability of RecPort with respect to Gender. Upon examination, it is

observed that the calculated F-value exceeds the critical F-value, which provides

strong evidence of a statistically significant relationship between Gender and the

Acceptability of RecPort. This outcome suggests that gender plays a notable role

in determining the level of acceptability towards RecPort, as indicated by the

statistical analysis.

Swim (2020), stated that gender matters a lot. Not only do men and women

consume differently in terms of quantity and kind of sustainable goods, but

gender norms and stereotypes also influence how men and women view the
ASSEMBLYWOMAN FELICITA G. BERNARDINO

issue, acknowledge its importance, and make decisions about how to respond

to it. Gender differences in environmentally relevant actions can also change the

occurrence or manifestation of these differences because they are entwined with

larger lifestyle practices and intersect with other social identities. Lastly, attempts

to increase the sustainability of consumption are impacted by and affect

individuals differently depending on their gender and other statuses within

marginalized groups.
