SUMMARY OF FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

This chapter presents the summary of findings, conclusions and recommendations based on
the gathered and presented data.

Summary of Findings

Based on the data gathered and after careful and thorough analysis of investigation, the
following are the findings of the study in summarized form.

Significant Relationship between the Strand Discrimination and the Level of Confidence of the
HUMSS Learners of Laguna College of Business and Arts

Table 3 depicts the test of significant relationship between the Strand discrimination and the
level of confidence of HUMSS Learners in Laguna College of Business and Arts.

The analysis Generated a computed r-value of 0.021108, a low correlation To explain, A low
correlation indicates that the relationship of variables is only Weak because the value is
significant To further explain, a low Pattern of results suggests that both variables appear to rise
or fall in Response to one another, but the relationship is weak.

On the other Hand, probability value resulted into Hypothesis which is less than the Level of
significance that was no significant thus the null hypothesis is accepted. This implies that there is
no significant relationship between the Strand discrimination and the level of confidence of
HUMSS Learners in Laguna College of Business and Arts. The implication is supported by the
findings indicated at Table 3.

Based on the aforementioned findings of the study, the following conclusions are derived:

CONCLUSION

1. That the Senior High School Students’ level of self confidence is Indicated that higher
confidence in the level of prior knowledge causes students with low levels of knowledge to
work and care more.

2. That the Senior High School Students’ level of self confidence is Indicated Consent will
inquire wherein the confidentiality will be assured. All the necessary details will explain by
the researcher for them to understand their role upon the completion of the study.
Information personal to the co-researchers were assured to have its confidentiality.
3. in terms of finding the correlation between the independent and dependent variable of the
study, the researchers first accumulated the mean of the respective respondents’ answers
from questions 1-15 in parts 1 and 2. Then, they utilized the website of Social Science
Statistics to identify the correlation of the two variables, inputting the data from the
respective parts of the questionnaire in order to obtain the R-value and p-value.

4. That the Senior High School Students’ level of self confidence is Indicated To establish the
validity of questionnaire it will be presented to certain teachers of Laguna College of
Business and Arts. The purpose of this is to find out how effective the instruments are and to
measure or gauge the content to the questionnaire. It will also serve as basis for identifying
items that are vague, ambiguous and replicated.

5. In the study students level of self-confidence and performance task it is recommended


that students must enhance their communication skills so that they will learn how to
speak confidently in front of the crowd.

There is an association Positive verbal communication can improve student between strand
discrimination and the level of self confidence Students.

RECOMMENDATIONS

1. The role of the teachers and facilitators of learning is truly critical and essential because
this requires the 21st century skills like creativity and critical ability to determine the
inadequacy and to find the appropriate means to resolve such problem.

2. In the study students level of self-confidence it is recommended that students must


enhance their communication skills so that they will learn how to speak confidently in
front of the crowd.

3. Activities should include both the interest of the students and the learning competencies
indicated in the curriculum guide as required by Department of Education.

4. Cooperative learning also develops the confidence of students in terms of participation


and association. However, in reaching success, there must be guidance services given to
students in order to improve their level of self-confidence and that they can show their
talents.

5. Students‟ level of self-confidence can influence to their performance tasks in school.


Students self talk has a positive impact to their performance tasks and can boost their self-
confidence. Self-confidence is very essential most especially to the students
