    Self-declaration for PGDBA Application

    This is to certify that I, …………………………………………………………………………………., am studying in the


    final year of the qualifying degree. I will appear in the Final Examination and complete other
    academic requirements by July 31, 2022. I will submit my degree/provisional certificate/final mark
    sheet issued by the Institute/University by December 31, 2022; failing which I understand that my
    admission to the applied PGDBA Programme may stand cancelled. Till then, if selected, my
    admission to the Programme will be provisional.

    I further understand that if I am unable to qualify the minimum eligibility criterion for admission to
    the applied Programme, my admission will stand cancelled and IIT Kharagpur, ISI and IIM Calcutta
    shall have no liability for the same.
