1. The seat allotted is purely provisional and subject to fulfilment of minimum eligibility
qualification prescribed in the prospectus 2022-23 and document verification as per
details given below:

allotment letter to submit at the time of document verification.
2. After document verification, the candidates will deposit university fee online as per
details and schedule given below:

3. Registration is a compulsory step for study in the university. The candidates are advised
to create login account through the link gbpuat.auams.in and clicking on register
button on the home page. After this, fill the necessary information and submit. After it is
approved by the Administrator, an email will be delivered to your registered email
account and you can login into your account and complete the registration process by
contacting Dean of the concerned college and selecting the courses to be offered in I
semester. User ID will be your student ID number mentioned on the fee receipt and
password will be created by you.
4. If any candidate has not uploaded weightage certificate during choice filling, 2% marks
awarded to him/her on account of weightage during result preparation are deducted and
accordingly his/her candidature for seat allotment is considered with revised rank.
Similarly, if any candidate has not uploaded category/sub-category certificate during
choice filling, he/she is not eligible for taking advantage of category/sub-category, as the
case may.
5. If during document verification or at any stage, the documents uploaded by the
candidate are found false/invalid/misleading, his/her admission will be cancelled
without assigning any reason.
6. If a candidate fails to produce original Domicile certificate, Category/sub-category
certificate, weightage certificate, High School and Intermediate mark sheets &
certificates or any other necessary document at the time of document verification, the
seat allotted to him/her provisionally will be cancelled automatically and no further time
will be given to produce it.
