My Role :
• Working directly with Telecom Leader - Telefónica Germany (one of the largest telecom company in
Europe) business & product team.
• I take ownership of UX ows for the "Payment" feature. This process deals with ac vi es such as Top-up
the amount (Instant, Voucher code, Con guring SMS & Automa c top-ups) & Payment through various
modes (IBAN, Credit-Debit Cards, Paypal, Pay via Balance, Amex, Sofort Uberweisung & others) Also, Set-
up/removal the payment methods.
• Crea ng the White label experience of this product so that it can be used by a di erent clientele.
• Collabora ng with interna onal teams in conduc ng brand analysis for di erent clients, including white
label projects. The primary goal is to evaluate the UX ows and exis ng features to iden fy any gaps
present between them.
Cartesian Consul ng is a global analy cs services rm specialising in customer, marke ng and business

consumers, strategic planning for consump on of branded emoji, digital s ckers, photo and GIFs and
