Support Equipment and technical aspect :

1. Guarantee replacement for malfunction equipment during contract period.

2. MNC Vision Supported equipment such as ODU, LNB, Transmodulator, and CAM.
3. MNC Vision Support Scope of Work Head End Only, not for distribution area.
4. No cable distribution replacement.
5. Any additional equipment outside the contract at customer cost.
6. 24 hours technical support.
7. Preventive maintenance.

Terms of Agreement
1. The above subscription fee Exclude VAT.
2. Payment method is monthly in advance.
3. Contract period is 2 years (without termination).
