    Dear Team,

    We have emphasized several times that the morning time is very crucial for effective
    running of our business. All our clients require daily update before 0900 hrs. This is
    even more applicable on a day like Monday when the whole department in customers
    office comes to office after a long weekend. They look forward to our updates as a very
    good summary. In the past we have been sending good updates before 0900 hrs and
    have received deep appreciation from our clients.

    Punctuality:
     It is imperative that the operation team is punctual when reporting in the
    morning. If we cannot reach office by 0900 hrs, it is impossible for us to sedn the
    updates by 0900 hrs.
     We will henceforth follow a very strict adherence to the rule of reporting to
    work on time.
     If you feel that you are getting stuck in traffic or daily chares, then please target
    to reach office by 0830 hrs. In this manner you will never be late to work.
     Kindly consider this as last and final circular in this respect. If we find any laxity
    in reporting to office, then we will have to take appropriate action which may
    include a written warning followed by more strict action
