Operating Process

Graciex Looks as stated earlier upon commencement is supposed to be a small scale business,
however, there are plans to upgrade as the business booms and births other branches in and
around Batangas. We intend to operate with the best of structures in place, so that we can give
our clients optimal satisfaction.

As a matter of importance, we plan to have a structure with the best combination ever. This is
because we are really particular about the quality of service that gets offered. We know that the
success of the business to a very large extent would also be hinged on the type of people that are
being hired to carry out services. It is for that reason that we hire people to occupy the following
positions.
• Chief Executive Officer - Owner
• Manager - Hair Stylist
• Hair stylist 1
• Hair Stylist 2
• Accountant/ Cashier
• 2 Nail Technician (Manicurist/Pedicurist)
• Cleaner/ Housekeeping
• Greeter/ Security Man

We will be having a facebook page for our Salon.For Booking and managing customer inquiries
and reservations, confirming appointments, and ensuring the salon is staffed accordingly.

Graciex Looks will be open from 8am to 7pm on Monday to Sunday.

We are open everyday for more income, our personnel will be having shifting/rotation schedule
for their Restday.

Our target customer per day are 20-40 clients.Since we have a total of 3 professional Hair stylist ,
we can do for example 1hr for haircut so we assume to have 24 clients a day.And for the
manicure and pedicure , it may take 1-2hrs per transaction so we assumed to have 16 clients.
