Position:-Project Manager 

 OSD, liquid & external manufacturing plant. Execution of

projects for manufacturing facility and utility, Installation and
commissioning of new equipment/ coordinated process line. 

Ensure efficient, timely, GMP and safety compliant execution

of Projects through experienced knowledge, documentation
and education on engineering procedures and sequences.

Applies knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to initiate, plan,

implement, supervise, control, and close project activities.

Delivers on-time, on-budget results, learning, and integration

to meet organization and project needs. 

Maintains effective working relationships at all levels, both

internal and external to the Engineering department, partners,
and associates. 

 Ensure design, execution and hand-over of mid-size

investment projects as per the compliance requirements.
Implement engineering activities (design,implementation,
maintenance, etc.) within technical area of expertise by using
reliable and efficient technical solutions, ensuring technical
quality to enable the overall site / project objectives. 

Project execution and continuous improvement at site level

(e.g. buildings, process equipment, utilities, and automation). 

My responsibilities included, but are not limited to: 

Ensure projects on site are developed through their different

stages of project development such as business case, definition,
scope, approvals, execution and implementation. 
Prepare project cost estimates for civil, mechanical and
electrical work at budget approval stage. 

Obtains consensus from key internal and external partners for

project plan. Monitors and leads project scope, budget, forecast,
resources, and work  doing within timeline.

Maintains up-to-date project action plans and serves as a

resource to partners. Establishes and leads multi-functional
project teams and status meetings.

Provides timely, comprehensive project status reports,

including budgets and schedule. Ensures all partners receive
the required level of detail commensurate with their role. 

Proactively identifies significant project risks, develops

mitigation strategies, calls out to leadership, and implements
approved mitigation steps.

Develops and maintains domain expertise to effectively plan

and fully complete assigned projects. Coordinates meetings,
project teams, and work groups. Identify HSE GMP compliance
issues and implement measures to resolve these issues
involving authorities appropriately.

Manage resources to ensure both retrospective and prospective

qualification of engineering installations. Establish IQ, OQ, PQ
plans as per QA requirements and maintain documentation
accordingly. Preserve know-how regarding engineering
procedures /sequences.

plant construction in terms of cost, capacity, age, material and
process

Reducing time-delay through channel partner management

and vendor management.
