Reflection on the Video “A Journey

Inside the Body”
The video showed us the process that food undergoes
from eating to digestion to excrete out of the body in a regular
basis. Also, it shows the vital parts of the digestive system and
its functions. Also, it shows how the nutrients from the food
that we eat are distributed throughout our body. Also, the
video shows the importance of the colon, liver, and gallbladder
on processing of breaking down foods. Our body parts work in
harmony with each other and it shows indications whether the
process isn’t right or they feel something is wrong in each part.
The video is informative and fun. I can recommend it to
those who want to know what happens to the food we eat. And
on why we must take care of the one of the vital systems of our
body.
