name suggests, the goods ordered by a company are delivered. The receipt of goods
directly or indirectly influences the other functions and processes of the company.
• HR department: It is a department integrated in the company, which is responsible
for organizing, planning and managing the different tasks and actions related to the
people who make up the company.
• Human Resortes: They are the group of workers, as well as any natural person who
is within (or directly linked) to an organization, sector or economy. Also, in business
administration.
• Human resources management: It is the area that deals with everything related to
the personnel that works in an organization, and the necessary dynamics for their
training, encouragement, hierarchy, etc.
• human talent: It is the natural capacity that a person has to carry out a certain
activity or task.

important tasks of the Human Resources department: measure the talent and
performance of the workforce.
• Purchase: It is the action through which an agent (the buyer), acquires a good or
service from another agent (the seller), in exchange for a monetary consideration or
in kind.
• Recruitment and staff selection: it is the process in which companies hire the right
talent to fill a position, so it is vitally important to have a recruitment strategy and
planning, since without the necessary human capital, no company can be
competitive.
• Sale: They are the delivery of a certain good or service under a stipulated or agreed
price and an exchange of an economic consideration in the form of money by a seller
or supplier.
• Service: it is a benefit, an asset of an economic nature but that does not have its
own physical presence (it is intangible), unlike goods that do.
