Description :-

 A HR study on “Performance Appraisal of Employees in Gastro Care Hospital,

Tiruchirappalli (TN)”, to study the Performance Appraisal System in Gastro Care
Hospital and to measure the various methods for improving the Performance
Appraisal. Finding the majority of the respondents are female so they have recruited
only diploma qualified female for the job where they are not apprising the employees
based on their experience. Conclusion of Performance Appraisal System is in
satisfactory level (Got 95% in the Project & stood 1st position in class).

 Office Administration (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
