booking amount is lower than old booking amount paid, no additional refund will be provided.
* Road Transport Corporations (PUNBUS, PRTC, HRTC, UPSRTC, HPTDC) calculates the cancellation
charges on bus start time from strating city and not boarding point or booking time.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Travelyaari is responsible for
Issuing valid bus ticket (acceptable by bus operators or their network)
Providing refund support in case of cancellations
Providing customer support in case of delays or any other inconvenience

Travelyaari is not responsible for

Bus not departing or reaching on time
Unfavourable behavior by operator's employees
Bus seats not being upto customer's expectations
Bus operator cancelling trip due to unavoidable circumstances
Security of personal goods/baggage during the journey
Bus operator changing allotted seat at the last moment to accommodate a lady/child
Bus operator changing the boarding point and/or providing a pickup vehicle to transport customer
from boarding point to the bus departure point.

The arrival and departure time on the ticket is tentative. However, bus will not leave the source before
scheduled departure.

Passengers are required to furnish a valid identity proof (driving license, student/company card, Passport,
PAN or Voter id). Failing to do so can result in boarding being denied by the bus operator.

In case the bus type mentioned on the ticket is changed for any reason, Mantis Technologies will refund
the differential amount to the customer upon being intimated by the customer in 24 hours of the journey.

If you have selected TYSURE while booking then you are covered under Personal Accident Insurance
Policy of Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited for Rs. 100,000/- towards Accidental. Death ; up to
Rs 100,000/- for Accidental Dismemberment during this Journey Only. Age limit of Insured Person is 6
months to 70 years. The general . exclusions in the policy include Any Pre-existing Condition, suicide,
intentionally self-inflicted Injury, influence of drugs, & alcohol, participation in an actual or attempted
felony, riot, crime, misdemeanor.

Protection against cancellation

In the unlikely event of cancellation by bus operator we will make alternative arrangements for your
travel with consultation with you. In rare case alternate arrangements cannot be made double the
amount of price paid will be refunded back to you.
