PROJECT WORK – CLASS X (2023-24)

1.Every student must compulsorily undertake the project on the topic

allocated to you according to your Roll Number.
The Topics are attached at the end of the sheet.
Social Issues
(Common social issues that impact large portions of society )

2. Objective: The overall objective of the project work is to help

students gain an insight and pragmatic understanding of the theme and
see all the Social Science disciplines from interdisciplinary perspective.
It should also help in enhancing the Life Skills of the students.
3.Students are expected to apply the Social Science concepts that they
have learnt over the years in order to prepare the project report.
4.If required, students may go out to collect data and use different
primary and secondary resources to prepare the project. If possible,
various forms of art may be integrated in the project work.
3. Evaluation Criteria:
• Content accuracy, originality and analysis
• Presentation and creativity
• Viva Voce
4. The Project Report must be HANDWRITTEN and has to be
approximately 15 pages.

• Bibliography
6. Bibliography to be given on the last page.
7. Presentation with a maximum of 5 pictures of postcard size.
8. Spiral binded project should be submitted by 10th September 2023.
