COLOMBIA ONE-PAGE BIMONTHLY REPORT

APRIL – MAY 2023

This report provides an overview of key developments and progress made during April and May.

HIGHLIGHTS

1. The Learning Management System (LMS) has a total of 12 Units of Study (UoS) per subject per grade
(4, 5, 6) in math, language arts, and science starting from the beginning of the year 2022. Currently,
there are 10 more UoS that need to be reviewed and uploaded to the LMS. The L1to1 team audits
every UoS to ensure they meet the TDS requirements. Overall, teachers are committed to leveraging
technology and digital platforms to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
2. The three UoS’s in the LMS per enrichment program are 66% done. We expect to have them finished
by end of July.
3. The L1to1 team has worked with various schools to develop a GANTT chart outlining their plans for
the second semester of 2023.

UPCOMING ACTIVITIES

1. Start new teachers’ ASU training.

2. Deploy Learning Spaces, pending written approval by Dr. Fuzan.
3. Foster increment of students using the LMS once a month.
4. Continue UoS’s reviews.
