1. COMPLETION PERIOD: Delivery : Ex. Works Facility applicable otherwise see notes on this Quote , 20 - 25
working days from the date of Order confirmation for items not in stock locally except stated in the notes
section of this Quote Delivery will be confirmed from the time contract comes into force and depends on output
at the manufacturing plant.

2. CONTRACT COMING INTO FORCE : Upon fulfilment of the following conditions : Acknowledgement of the
order, Reception of downpayment if any.

3. PRICES Prices for supply are valid for an order covering the whole offered equipment. Such prices are firm,
established according to the INCOTERMS specified in the offer and include packing specified in the offer
according to the supplier's export practice for overland or overseas transport. Prices are established in
accordance with the regulations in force at the date of establishing the offer. In case of any changes in these
regulations which may in any way economically or materially affect the performance by LS Scientific of its
obligations hereunder, the corresponding Contract provisions such as increase of prices and extension of
delivery time shall be modified accordingly.

4. INSTALLATION & TRAINING: Installation and training if offered and agreed must be completed within 3
months from date of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing

5. RETURN OF GOODS: Items ordered in error by the customer are liable to a 15% restocking fee.

6. ERRORS / SHORTAGES: Any errors/shortages in your delivery have to be notified to LS Scientific Ltd within 7
days unless the do not open tamper label is still intact and the parcel is opened by a LS Scientific representative.

7. CANCELLATION CHARGES: The buyer may not cancel the contract without the consent of LS Scientific, which
consent shall be subject to such terms (including terms such as a cancellation fee of 20%) as LS Scientific may
specify at its discretion.

8. SERVICE: All equipment sent to the engineering department for comprehensive diagnosis will be returned to
the customer after one month if a valid purchase order is not received.

9. One (1) YEAR WARRANTY: The warranty period is ONE year from the day of delivery and covers only
Manufacturers defect including parts provided the installation and Maintenance guidelines are followed through
as detailed in the Operating Manual.Warranty does not include consumable items, glassware, third party
components or a fault arising from improper storage or use, neglect or application problems.

10. PAYMENT ON INVOICE - Payment is as agreed in the notes section. All payment must be received as per
agreed terms in order not to have your account on credit stop
