3. 振込人名は入居者とし、個人コードを必ず明記してください。
4. 海外送金にかかる振込手数料等は全て振込み者が負担してください。また、後日現地銀行より追加手数料を請
求される場合があります。
5. 受取人取引銀行あての連絡事項に必ず「ＰＡＹ ＩＮ ＦＵＬＬ」と記入ください。
6. 着金確認のメールは送ることができません。支払いに問題がある時のみご連絡します。
7. 着金額が不足している場合は再度請求されます。

1. You must make your payment by bank transfer. Any other services such as TransferWise are
unacceptable.
2. You MUST make your payment in Japanese yen. A payment by other currencies such as EURO and US
dollars is NOT acceptable.
3. Please use the resident's name and personal code when transferring the money.
4. Please keep in mind that you will have to bear all fees charged for making a remittance, including
handling charges at both banks in your home country and Japan. Additional charges may be
assessed by your local bank at a later date.
5. When completing the Application for Remittance at your bank. Please write "PAY IN FULL" in the
space provided for messages to the recipient's bank.
6. We are not able to send you a payment confirmation e-mail. We will contact you only when there are any
problems with your payment.
7. If your payment was insufficient you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance.
