    Erica Buezo Mayorquin, being duly sworn deposes and states as follows under penalty of perjury:
    1. My name is Erica Buezo Mayorquin, I am presently 38 years old, and my current address of residence is 2593 Grand
    Concourse Apt 54, Bronx, New York 10468.

    2. The purpose of this Affidavit is to state that i am currently working at Grace Grand Laundromat Corp. which is a Laundry
    located at 2565 Grand Concourse Bronx NY 10468.

    3. I just started working with the company 2 weeks ago for 4 days a week. My current pay is 100 dollars a day for 4 days a
    week for a total of 1600 dollars a month..
    4. My work is considered a part time job which is under 32 hours/5 days a week.

    5. I am in charge of the cleaning.drying machines, providing change to customers and the overall cleaning of the area.
    Some other duties my be assigned..
