    Dear Sr. Zeta,

    Greetings of peace.

    The Department of Surgery has received one new (1) application for Associate Staff. I have
    reviewed the documents submitted and found them all in order necessary for the application.

    The applicant is Dr. Dexter A. Dimaano, a graduate of Cebu Institute of Medicine who finished
    his Neurological Surgery Residency at Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center in 2020. He
    finished sub-specialty training in Brain and Spine Stereotactic Radiosurgery at the Brain and
    Spine Institute of Cardinal Santos Medical Center just recently. He has been conferred as
    Diplomate of the Board of Neurological Surgery after passing the Written and Oral
    Examinations in 2021.

    I am recommending the approval of the application of Dr. Dimaano to the Department of


    Surgery as Associate Staff.

    I am hoping for your kind attention to this matter.
