How to adjust Zero position of Encoder with SD driver?

Step of adjust Zero position of Encoder on Servo

1.connection motor & encoder cable well between servo driver & servo

motor.

2.After Power On, set PA-4 to 6( SD servo driver is on status for adjust

zero of encoder)

3. Reboot Servo driver after set PA-4(it needs to reboot after set PA-4)

4.After reboot, driver display r 0 , press SET key to dP-, and then press

Down/Up arrow key to co- , press SET key, it will display “F ***”(*** is

random value), motor will rotate with CW direction & several

revolutions , and then rotate with CCW direction, & several revolutions,

this process is for find zero position of encoder on servo motor.

5.After stop rotation of servo motor, driver will display “ C. ** “,( ** is

any value),which means find zero position of encoder on servo motor

6. if value of “C. **” is within -10~10, no need to adjust encoder, zero

point of encoder is okay for normal using;

If value of “ C. ** “ isnot within -10 ~ 10 , we need to adjust position of

encoder,and let its value within -10~10 ,and then tighten mounting of

encoder(finish adjusting zero position of encoder)
