Attend and participate in deliberation of all matters taken during general meeting. 9. Promote goal, objectives and the welfare of its members. 10.Actively participate in all activities of the association during special occasion, such as sports, family day, Christmas celebration. 11.The termination of membership, which may automatic, voluntary or involuntary. a. Automatic Termination of membership The death, insanity, permanent incapacity of judicial declaration by the count of the insolvency of the members. b. Voluntary Termination of membership, any member for a reason withdraw his/her membership from the association by giving 30 days’ notice to the officers, however no members shall be allowed if he/she has pending obligations. c. Involuntary Termination of membership, any member may be terminated by a vote of the majority of all members and the officers of the association for any of the following causes. 1. Has not patronized the services for 12 months. 2. Has continuously failed to comply with His/her obligation. 3. Has violated any provisions of this By-Laws and the rules promulgated by the association 12.Rights and Privileges of Members — Attend during general membership meeting, also attend monthly meeting, emergency meeting and annual meeting. Resignation. That, any member of the association / organization may resign by tendering a letter of resignation of 15 days before the actual date of resignation so that the officers will have enough time to assess the accountabilities of the members if the said member, has any pending obligation. The resignation may not be accepted if he/she has an outstanding obligation to finish or not yet settled his/her accountabilities. The Expulsion Any members who fails to pay his/her membership fee, monthly dues or other contribution for three (3) successive times and violated major upon a thorough investigation after due process hearing before the president. He/she may be suspended or terminated the rights and equity if any, shall returned to the member.
