TERMS & CONDITIONS: :
I hereby request to purchase from Meezan Bank Ltd, a Solar System
selected by me from the available models of a mutually agreed price on
installment basis.
I declare that all the information presented above is correct and complete
to the best of my knowledge. I also hereby authorize Meezan Bank or its
duly appointed agents to contact my place of residence, work, and/or
reference to verify any information provided by me in this application.
I hereby undertake to furnish all documents required by the bank.
I hereby authorize Meezan Bank to obtain and verify my personal
financials from any credit bureau, agents, banks, financial institutions,
companies and market for the purpose of credit comfort during the
application process.
The Bank would reserve the absolute right to accept/reject the request.
Delivery of the solar system will be subject to availability of components
and their installation. Prices are subject to change without notice till the
sale of solar system.
The Warranty Terms shall be as mentioned in the warranty card.
The customer’s original CNIC shall be required as an identification proof
at the time of delivery.
The customer can, at any point in time terminate the facility by paying the
remaining installments.
Any complaint about quality of Product purchased or services rendered
by the supplier shall not affect customer’s obligation to continue paying
the monthly installments to the Bank.
The Sale is strictly on an “as is where and is basis” without any
responsibility on the part of the Bank for any defect therein and without
any warranty relating to the condition or suitability or efficacy of the
Products whether such warranty be expressed or implied by law or
recognized by custom.
Non-refundable processing fee as per latest schedule of charges will be
charged, whereas legal documentation charges will be charged at actual.
The Bank reserves the right to review the Customer’s credit risk profile during
the financing period. Moreover, the bank also reserves the right to obtain the
customer’s bureau data at any time during the life of financing as and when
required.
For payment of the facility, the customer shall mandatorily maintain an
account in Meezan Bank.
The Bank has every right to temporarily or permanently block this facility
without disclosing any reason.
Down payment and processing cheques will be in favor of Meezan Bank
Limited a/c Customer’s name.
I hereby agree that I clearly understand the above terms & conditions and
agree with the same as well.
“I shall immediately purchase the Products from the Bank at spot
payment (unless otherwise mutually agreed) within a reasonable time
after your acquisition and possession of the Products by entering into a
Musawamah Contract, failing which i undertake to compensate the Bank
for any actual loss (being the difference between the Cost Price and the
actual selling price recovered and not being the opportunity costs)
suffered by selling the Products to a third party”.
In case the customer(s) fails to repay/ pay the amount of installment as per
the original payment schedule, charity to be calculated as per transaction
documents.
In Meezan Bank Solar Financing, net-metering costs are not included.
If I will be satisfied, I will sign a ‘Satisfactory Note’ upon final installation
of Solar System.
After signing “Satisfactory Note” – I, as “Bank’s Agent”, hereby declare
to keep said system in my safe custody.
Bank has right to set-off any credit balance in the consumer’s deposit
accounts against any outstanding balance in the financing accounts.
