REDIFINE SOCIETY BYLAWS

1. To establish, maintain, grant aid or other inancial assistance for all


the Women empowerment activities, giving medical relief,
economical development, health maintenance, knowledge sharing
activities, award shows, all training & development programs, Women
empowerment campaigns, webinars, seminars and other activities
which help in empowering women.

2. To establish, maintain and grant aid or other inancial assistance to all


the women empowerment activities, campaigns, promotional
activities, MHM-Menstrual Hygiene Management, MHM awareness
and promotions, Purchasing and Distribution of menstrual usage
products and many more; To establish, maintain & grant aid or other
inancial assistance to relief measures in the areas around MHM and
Women Health Issues.

3. To establish, maintain and grant aid or other inancial assistance for


women empowerment programs to felicitate, inspire and empower
them across the globe. Felicitation through award shows. Inspirations
through activities like webinars, seminars, competition, contests,
shows, and many more but not limited to the above. Empowerment
through awareness programs, promotions, activities, skill
development programs, and many more.

4. To carry on any of the above activities in cooperation or association


with any other person, organisation, Society or authority and to
receive and provide grants and other facilities to any other
organisation engaged in similar Trusts.

5. To acquire lands and buildings, all other properties, movable or


immovable, by any kind of donation, purchase, lease, rent, in
exchange or otherwise, which the society may think proper to
acquire, from time to time, for its purposes.

6. To invest and deal with the monies, assets, inancial instruments of


any kind of the society, not immediately required, in such manner, as

may, from time to time, be determined and taking in consideration
the provision of the Income Tax Act 1961, as applicable.

7. To accept any gifts, subscriptions, donations and grants either in cash


or in kind, or acquire by any other lawful way and means and spend
the same in ful ilment of all or any of the aims and objectives of the
Society. The income and property (ies) of the Society shall be applied,
solely for the promotion and ful ilment of the aims and objectives of
the Society provided if, any donor intends that contributions
donations or subscriptions shall be applied to the attainment of any
particular objectives of the Society, such contributions, donations,
subscriptions shall be spent towards the promotion of those
particular objectives only.

8. To institute and establish rewards prizes and other forms of


recognition to foster the objectives of society.

9. To co-operate, associate or amalgamate with any other association or


Society or to become a iliated to any association or federation having
objectives similar to those of the Society.

10. To organise clubs and other associations to encourage and promote


Public Service Communication through social contacts between the
media and the audience and the public in general and for bene it of
the Society, its members, employees, associates and other
organisations and to encourage and support the objects of the
society.

11. To sell, improve, manage, alter, develop, exchange, lease or let under
lease, sublet, mortgage, dispose o , turn to account or otherwise
deal with all or any of the assets, lands, buildings, properties, rights
and undertakings of the Society in such manner and on such terms as
may be deemed it.

12. To subscribe or contribute to any charitable, benevolent or useful


objective of a public character, the support of which will, in the
opinion of the governing body, be likely to increase the reputation or
compliment the objectives of the Society – its members, associates,
employees or the general public.

13. To borrow or raise or secure the payment of money in such manner as
the Society shall think it and o er as security its property as may be
available for that purpose.

14. To acquire or undertake the whole or any part of any organisation, the
property of any person carrying on any activity which the Society is
authorised to carry on, and be possessed of property suitable for the
purpose of this Society.

15. To draw, make, accept, endorse, execute and issue promissory notes,
bills of exchange and other negotiable or transferable instruments. To
do all such other lawful things as are incidental or conducive to the
attainment and objectives of the Society.

16. All the incomes, earnings, movable, immovable properties of the


Society shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of
its aims and objectives only, as set forth in the Society Deed and no
pro it thereof shall be paid or transferred, directly or indirectly, by way
of dividends, bonus, pro its in any manner, whatsoever to any of the
past or present members of the Society or to any person claiming
through anyone or more of the present or past Members.

17. No Member of the Society shall have any personal claim on any
movable or immovable properties of the Society or make any pro its,
whatsoever by virtue of this membership.

18. To undertake and provide for the publication of a journal, books,


pamphlets, newsletters, posters, etc., in furtherance of the objectives
of Society.

19. To do all such lawful acts and things as are conducive or incidental to
the attainment of the aforesaid objectives of Society.

20. To accept donations, contributions, enlist support from individuals,


institutions and international multinational and bilateral agencies, etc.

21. To invest and/or reinvest the Society Fund in such activities, ventures
and to such extent as The Trustees may decide from time to time.

22. To open Bank Accounts with such Scheduled Bank(s) or Bank(s) and
to operate such Bank Account(s) in such manner as the Trustees may
decide.

23. To raise or borrow money with or without security for the purpose of
society on such terms as to interest and securities as the Trustees
may consider it and for that purpose to charge, mortgage,
hypothecate, pledge, such property or properties and assets of
society as the said

Membership

Annual, Monthly, Volunteer - Don’t have voting rights

Elections every 5 years

Dissolution Clause : At the time of dissolution all the assets and liabilities
will be transferred to the other institute having similar objectives

The society or our organisation or society can apply for any CSR fund as
covered under Section 135 of the companies Act.
