SUPPLY OF SIX (06) RIG 750 HP (TRAILER MOUNTED RIG 750 HP) SCR VERSION WITH SPARE PARTS AND TRAINING

Only tenderers who manufacture mast, substructure and drawworks are invited to participate to this call for tenders.

Two steps submissions mode is applied to the present invitation to tender.

Under the first step of this tenders, technical offers, without any indication of price must be submitted in double fold, at the following address:

At the latest 60 days as from the date of publication of this advertisement in BAOSEM. If the latest day corresponds with a holiday or a rest
day, this term is extended to the next open day.

The reception schedules for folds is as flow :07 H 00 min to 18 H 00 min.

The deadline forreceipt of requests for clarification and / or extension of time shall be no later than ten (10) days before the deadline for
submission of tenders. After this deadline these application will not be considered.

Tenderers will remain committed to their offers for a period of one hundred eighty(180) calendar days from the deadline for submission of the
bids

The tenderers technical Bids shall be accompanied by tender guarantee. The amount of the bid bond is 600 000.00 USD. The validity term
must be valid for a period of two hundred ten (210) days as from the deadline for submission of the bids

The technical folders will be opened in the presence of the representative (s) of the tenderers who wish to attend the opening session, which
will take place at the following address:

first step, will be invited to submit their financial offers under a double fold at the address:

The financial folders will be opened in the presence of the representative (s) of the tenderers whose theirs technical offers have been
declared in conformity with the requirements of DAO, the opening session will take place at the following address:
