     Tire
     3' length of 4x4 beam
     2 beam/flat brackets with screws
     1 Eye Bolt (3" length)
     2 Nuts
     2 Washers
     1 Lock Washer
     1 1/4" black pipe

     Screwdriver
     Drill bits (slightly larger than eye bolt & smaller than screws)
     1/4 drill bit
     Saw
     Rope
     Straight Edge
     Sander bit/ grinding wheel
     Safety eye/ear protection
