    B. Pakistan Army Rules 1924 under rule 46/7
    C. Arms Act 1878

    1. The above named officer is serving in Pakistan Army Local Audit Department (D) since
    2017. He has requested for issuance of free of charge arm license valid for all over
    Pakistan. He is quite capable of handling small arms and is well versed with weapon
    safeties. It is certified that;

    a. The applicant possesses good character and is not involved in any criminal case.
    b. He requires weapon for the self-protection.

    2. In view of above, it is requested that free of charge arm license of 9mm Bore Pistol may
    kindly be issued to him. Duly completed application form along with requisite documents
    is enclosed for further necessary action.

    3. Your cooperation in this regard will be highly appreciated.
