Do you guys have healthy routines that you follow or tips on how you stay fit? Being a student is
tough because I am constantly surrounded by delicious food. My thing is I really love to eat. I snack
throughout the day and munch here and there on little things. And at meal time, I always order a
small portion of food to control myself in eating a lot. This is how things work and serve as my
strategy to maintain my healthy life style.

I’m also a pretty active person, as a student I have to be responsible to my academic work.
Sometimes it’s very stressful for me because there are so many assignment, presentation,
performance task and test to be accomplished. For me to gain my strength and regenerate my
energy I have to eat something sweet like candy, chocolate and biscuits and I’m always craving for
fruits specially mangoes.

Mango is my ultimate weakness. I love it so much so when I go to market the first thing I will go is in
the area of fruits to look for mango. I always bought mangoes because this is one of my favourite
fruits. Beside from being delicious and yummy it also gives vitamins to our body.

This time of the year is season for mango and just thinks it’s so beautiful and compatible to be part
of the graham cake.

This is the perfect recipe to make right now! This beautiful fruity graham cake just minutes to
assemble and makes for an impressive brunch dish, dessert, or even a light snack. Fruity Graham
Cake is absolutely irresistible and so easily to prepare.
Delicious, sweet and healthy, this cake is easy to prepare and makes for simple yet impressive
dessert!

Ingredients:

1 pack Nestle All purpose cream

½ cup Condensed Milk

24 pieces Graham Crackers

2 cup sliced Mangoes

1 can ( 432g) Fruit Cocktail

Preparation:

1. Nestle All Purpose Cream must be refrigerated for better result. Put the Nestle All Purpose
Cream in a medium size bowl. And add 2 tbsp of water. The mix it with the use of electric
mixer.
2. Slowly add Condensed Milk to the mixing bowl and mix them together. Wait until the Nestle
All Purpose Cream and Condensed Milk combine.
3. Arranged 12 pieces of Graham Crackers in the glass dish. Then top with the cream mixture.
Cover the first layer with the mangoes. Then drain the fruits cocktail then put to the second
layer to add some flavour.
4. Repeat the procedure to form 2 layers. Keep it in the refrigerator overnight until the graham
is moist with cream.
