perfect & I'm hard to fit because I’m "chunky."
As a Senior, it's difficult for me to be suited because I'm well aware of
my age and don't wish to appear foolish. This dress is "ageless!" I'm
living in it
Due to recent total hip and knee replacement, It’s comfortable and
easy to put on. The dress is affordable, too! The thing about the best
of the dress? Its so SOFT!! Already three visitors are buying just
because of the softness and how good it looks on me!
L-2 The dress came very wrinkly, which isn't a good sign. It looks nice on Size
me, however. I'm 5'2, 125 lbs. and I found the medium fits me best. I
don't know if the dress will shrink or not, we'll see. If shrinkage isn't
an issue, a small will hug your curve better, if you're similar in
dimensions as I am.
The fabrics is nice, and it's not see-through. I ordered the dark taupe
color.
L-3 Most comfy day Jammies on earth Don’t mistake—you can also wear
this outside the house if you have the figure. But I discovered dresses
like these as day Jammie’s way before covid made them a thing.
I bought in 3 colors. Since they slide silkily over your unfavorable
body curves, no matter how loose—I use as a layering dress. I wear a
T-shirt, tunic top, or button-down shirt over it—even around the
house.
They are slimming, nice fabric & colors. Keeps my arms & legs thinly
covered but warm. I wear everyday in the winter—as I am an artist
with a studio at home. You could even sleep in these dresses, they
are so nice.
In the summer I switch to the sleeveless racer back version with a
summer tank top layered over it.
I always buy the large, has some hug, not too much.
For reference: bust 36 C, hips 42. 5’4”. Usually size 10. Never needs
shortening—stops right at ankles.. Slits on both sides nice touch.
I’m allergic to some fabrics—this is high quality rayon, heavenly. You
will love these dresses!
L-4 I'm short, the length is perfect for me. I wanted the long sleeves. The Uncomfortable
color is great. I just didn't realize it would be so clingy. I'm heavy and
you can see every little bump and lump. It's OK to wear around the
house, but I'd never wear it out. Someone that doesn't have a weight
problem could look good in it, even out in public.
L-5 I am 4'11 and these dresses go right to my ankle. I was looking for a Suitable
long dress. They feel so comfortable to wear. I can throw 4 in a bag
for traveling and it doesn't take up a lot of room. I interchange them
with shawls to give me different styles. For a short person the sleeves
are way too long and I do have to roll up the sleeves. I am a big bone
petite woman and hippy but these dresses do flatter me. I am also
pregnant and they feel better than some of my other maternity
 dresses. I am on my third purchase of these dresses.
L-6 I will say, I was skeptical. I’m 5’8” and 200lb and most of my weight is
in my middle. I ordered an XXL because I wanted it to be looser and
stylishly slouchy and its perfect. The material is actually surprisingly
great and soft and durable. It thin- so it can cling to certain lumps, but
it’s EASILY concealed with a jacket or spanx. That also means I can
transition it to all seasons. I live in TX and my boyfriends family is in
MN so I love a versatile outfit. The slit is the perfect height. It’s
honestly way more flattering than I could have hoped. I got it because
I watch the show “Love” on Netflix and he main character had an
outfit with a navy letterman and a maroon long sleeve maxi dress,
and I was trying to recreate that. And it was a success in my book!
Buy a size bigger for sure (I went up 2) but other than that it’s
PERFECT.
L-8 I bought it to wear as a nightgown. It's cheaper and nicer than most
similar-type actual nightgowns, and the fabric is very nice, also easy
to wash and wear, also to pack -- no wrinkles. I LOVE it as a L-
9nightgown. This is the 4th one I have bought. I loved the other ones
so much, but the first couple are getting old and eventually got a
couple of little holes in them (the fabric is thin) though I still wear
them. I decided to get yet another one in a different color. Will
probably be back for more as long as they're available. Additional
plus: in a pinch, I could use it as a dress, too, I guess. I highly
recommend.
L-9 I ordered the navy color and it is PERFECT for a casual look. Throw on Suitable
a jean jacket and Folk slip-ons or classic tie up and you're good to go
for the weekend or travel day. You can probably wear it during the
fall/winter too, just layer underneath with leggings or thick tights for
warmth and throw on some boots! The fabric falls perfectly and does
not hug the mid section, which is a plus when you just want a dress to
wear for the day. I'm 5'0 and it falls right at my ankles, so I don't even
have to alter it for length, which is always nice for us "vertically-
challenged" gals!
L-10 This dress just arrived today. I got the black/gray stripes. It's kind of Size
"slinky", but moves well. I usually wear a size 14 dress and the large
fits fine, not tight. I almost got an XL, glad I didn't, it would have
looked sloppy. Nice length. I'm 5'5" and this hits just above my ankles.
Good neckline. And a great price. I recommend!
L-11 I should start by saying that I purposefully bought this dress to SLEEP soft
or lounge in, and I am very pleased with it! It is soft and slinky without
being heavy and too stretchy! I was very surprised and pleased with
the quality the second I opened it! I will be buying every color. If
you’re purchasing this to wear in public, I would definitely suggest
that you wear a slip underneath, because it is very thin, and if you are
self-conscious about panty or bra lines they will definitely show. It
isn’t see-through, but you would noticed panty lines or bra lines.
L-12 Love this dress! I now have 5 of these in different colors and love Colorful
each one. You can dress them up or down. They make great travel
pieces. They wash beautifully without any shrinkage (I hang them
when they're still damp). The fabric is perfect weight and feels great.
If you're considering this dress, do yourself a favor and give it a try.
I'm 5’6” and it hits just above my ankle. I have several other pieces
from the Daily Ritual line and I love them all. Excellent value pieces.
L-13 Perfect knock around dress--comfortable & flattering--and a dress
puts me in a better mood than yoga pants. I can see where some
would wear it as a nightgown--it's a lighter weight knit. I got navy and
it's not sheer. It's inexpensive and versatile--what's not to like?! I'm
5'8" 145 mushy pounds and a medium looks the way I want for the
most part--but a tad large in shoulders. It is mid calf length on me.
L-14 This dress looks great! I am very happy with it. Super price. Fabric
feels very soft. It smelled chemical-ish but I instantly washed it in cold
water and it's just the perfect, casual dress. I got the gray. It looks just
like the main picture. The other colors don't look as good somehow -
maybe it's the model - or, based on this one, I would probably have
gone bonkers and ordered a few more colors.
L-15 I'm in my 3rd month of pregnancy and was looking for a comfy, soft Size
dress I could wear as a casual, non-pants outfit. It's amazing. I have a
lot of Daily Ritual items and generally order a small. This fits slightly
larger than true to size, but it's definitely not hanging off me by any
means. I'm 5'2" and it hits at a very nice length, just at my ankle.
L-16 The black color in this dress is perfect. The slight slit on the side Comfort
allows movement, and the dress fits well. It compliments the assets
and hides the parts that should be hidden! This will be my "go to"
dress for work, parties, (great with a scarf and other accessories) and
travel. I am 5/3, 104 lbs and ordered the dress in XS. I can wear flats
or a heel, and the length is fine. Love this dress!
L-17 Inexpensive clothing I can live with. Simple, comfortable, and not bad
looking for casual. I am good to go! Unfortunately, there were likely
some suffering factory and mailroom workers who delivered it to me.
Amazon, why do you have to be so good, and so nefarious? I'd
happily wait longer and pay more if I knew the extra was going to the
people who needed it.
S-1 Loved the design and the material, super comfy and soft...but is way Comfortable
too long for someone who is short...drags on the floor

S-10 I liked the fact that the dress is very comfortable and the fabric is soft. comfortable
My only dislike is that it is see though, so I wore a slip, considering the
price it was expected but overall worth every penny.
S-11 Great dress for the price, material is thin and soft but good quality. I Size
am short and very curvy, size down dress is very loose fitting. Great
dress for everyday wear.
S-12 Good quality, small fits just right all over (I'm 5'1+" and 110 lbs.) quality
Fabric feels good, washes well when hung to dry. I could wear it every
day and might get another, because I was surprised that it was such a
pain comfortable and well-made dress.
S-13 Pretty color and I like the slits, but it's shapeless. I'm petite (5' 3" 104
pounds) and I kind of just drown in this. If you're larger or have a
bump it would be really cute. I still wear it with a denim jacket so it
doesn't look as boxy, but wish the waist came in a bit or it were a bit

S-14 This dress is incredibly soft and comfortable. It’s about as close as you
can get to a nightgown that is actually a dress. It will look good for
going out if you add accessories and roll up the sleeves. I am 5’2 so it
comes down to my ankles. It had some extra room but it’s not too
baggy.
S-15 The burgundy color was as expected, but the dress was several inches Size too short
too short to be considered a maxi. Also, the fit was smaller than other
Daily Ritual clothing I own. I wish they would start including the
lengths of the items in the product descriptions. Unfortunately had to
return.
S-16 This dress checks all the boxes. The material is super-soft, stretchy, Comfort
smooth, and flattering. Nice little slit on either side for freedom of
movement but it’s not so high up that you couldn’t wear it to work. I
am a muscular 5’6” and 145 lbs and I ordered the medium, it is
perfect.
S-17 This dress is now my favorite! The fabric is very soft and has held up fit
well after several washes. I am 5 ft tall. The hem comes just to my
ankles, so it will work for petites! I ordered my usual size. While I am
recovering from knee surgery, this dress has been so easy to wear,
looks nice, and is very comfortable!
