INGRIDIENTS
1/2 CHICKEN
4 TABLE SPOON BANANA KETSUP
HALF CUP BBQ SAUCE
3 CLOVE OF GARLIC
2 RED CHILLIES
1 CAN PINEAPPLE JUICE
PROCEDURE
Sliced the chicken into medium slices chop the garlic and chilies
put the chicken in the pot along with the chopped garlic and chilies,
then the pineapple juice and bbq sauce
Marinate for atleast 10 to 15 mins
In a pan put 2 table spoon butter and garlic
Put the marinated chicken and cooked for medium to low heat for at least 20 to 30 minutes
Until the chicken absorbed the sauce and reduced the sauce
Served with java rice

PROCEDURE
Step 2 Simmer ¾ cup of water with coffee and sugar. Stir in gelatin mixture. Gently simmer
until dissolved. Pour into a container. Set aside to cool. Cut into cube
Step 3 Combine NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada.
Place gelatin at the bottom of a serving glasses. Add pour cream mixture and shaved
ice. Serve immediately.
