BRAISED CHICKEN BBQ w/mixed vagetables

INGRIDIENTS

 1/2 CHICKEN
 4 TABLE SPOON BANANA KETSUP
 HALF CUP BBQ SAUCE
 3 CLOVE OF GARLIC
 2 RED CHILLIES
 1 CAN PINEAPPLE JUICE

PROCEDURE

 Sliced the chicken into medium slices chop the garlic and chilies
 put the chicken in the pot along with the chopped garlic and chilies,
 then the pineapple juice and bbq sauce
 Marinate for atleast 10 to 15 mins
 In a pan put 2 table spoon butter and garlic
 Put the marinated chicken and cooked for medium to low heat for at least 20 to 30 minutes
 Until the chicken absorbed the sauce and reduced the sauce
 Served with java rice
Coffee jelly

INGRIDIENTS

 1/4cup Unflavored Gelatin


 1cup Water
 1tablespoon NESCAFÉ Classic
 3tablespoonslight brown sugar
 1packet NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 125ml
 1/3cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada, chilled

PROCEDURE

Add gelatin to ¼ cup of water to bloom. Set aside.


Step 1

Step 2 Simmer ¾ cup of water with coffee and sugar. Stir in gelatin mixture. Gently simmer
until dissolved. Pour into a container. Set aside to cool. Cut into cube

Step 3 Combine NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada.
Place gelatin at the bottom of a serving glasses. Add pour cream mixture and shaved
ice. Serve immediately.
