HOW TO USE THE EXCEL FORMAT
1. Select the MONTH and YEAR from the drop down menu

2. Fill-in Accommodation Name

3. Fill in the number of tourist per locality. The Subtotal of each Region and
the Total Domestic Tourists are automatically computed.

4. Fill-in the Prepared By Fields: Designation, Name of Employee, Name of
Manager

5. Save as the file with the following format :
HOTELNAME_Domestic_MONTH_YEAR
Example HOTELTOURISM Domestic January 2023

6. You may PRINT the file on long bond paper for your file. Make sure to set
your paper size to 8.5“ x 13” and with following margins: 0.3in Top and
Bottom and 0.5in Left & Right. This will ensure one page printing of the file.

7. SEND soft copy of file (Excel or PDF is acceptable) to the TOURISM

STATISTICS COORDINATOR through email address
iloilotourismstatistics@gmail.com. No need to scan the printed copy.

8. May we request to send the monthly report every 5th day of the
succeeding month.
