2 slices of frozen alphonso mangoes

1 big peach
60ml aloe vera (optional)
90ml coconut milk

Blend together in a high speed blender.

Transfer to a bowl and top with nuts and

seeds of choice.
Cherries, mangoes, pumpkin and

sunflower seeds make for good toppings.

We recommend adding some sort of nut

butter (almond, peanut) to slow down the

uptake of natural sugars.

TIPS FOR SMOOTHIES!

Aloe vera is a silent savior!

Although it doesn't add much to the taste,
it plays a major role in improvement of
your gut health.

Always pair smoothies with a fat.

Nut butter, buts & seeds or coconut leads
lesser insulin spike.

For breakfast, it is ideal to have a combination

of fats and proteins.
Grains should be ideally avoided.

BLISS BALLS

1/4th cup almonds

Half of 1/4th cup walnuts
1tsp oats

the nuts will come out.

Add 1tsp peanut butter + 4 kimia/medjool dates.
