OF CLEAN EATING
1. Keep it simple
An important principle of clean eating is avoiding foods that are heavily processed.
It simply means eating minimally altered foods that provide maximum nutritional
benefits. The idea is to consume foods that are as close as possible to their natural
state. When you have a choice between two products, always choose the one that
has gone through less processing steps.

DOUBLE CACAO
CHOCOLATE ECSTASY
BROWNIE SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS: INGREDIENTS
230 ml coconut milk 220 ml almond milk
180 g coconut blossom sugar 10 g cinnamon
170 g self-raising flour 10g maca powder
50 g cocoa powder 2-3 cubes of My Raw Joy Plain Choc
5 tablespoons coconut oil 40g cacao powder
1 Tbsp vanilla powder 1 whole ripe banana
1 My Raw Joy Plain chocolate 1-2 Tbsp Agave Syrup
raspberries, nuts + mint to decorate 2 dates
DIRECTIONS: DIRECTIONS:
Shave chocolate into thin slices Chop up the plain chocolate
Add flour and cocoa powder into a large bowl Put almond milk + cacao powder in mixer
Add in the sugar, vanilla & pinch of salt Add chopped banana + maca powder
Add oil, almond milk, nuts & chocolate Pour smoothie into glass
Bake at 170C for 20 to 25 minutes Decorate with cinnamon
Decorate with raspberries, nuts & mint Enjoy!

BANGKOK ALMOND
BANG THAI
SALAD SAUCE
INGREDIENTS: INGREDIENTS
Almond Thai sauce 100 ml water
50g organic rice noodles 30ml freshly squeezed lime juice
Raw Almond Spread 50 g My Raw Joy Almond Spread
50g of thin cut carrots 1 tsp of fresh chopped chili
50g mix red and yellow paprika 1 Tbsp tamarind paste
lime and parsley to decorate 1 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
DIRECTIONS: DIRECTIONS:
:Cook rice noodles and rinse Blend water, lime juice + Almond Spread
Mix noodles with almond thai sauce Add in tamarind paste and ginger
Slice bell peppers, carrots & lime Add chopped chili and garlic to taste
Place around the noodles Add pinch of salt to taste
Decorate with fresh parsley Enjoy!

SWEET FRUITY
GREEK CHOC
SALAD PUDDING
INGREDIENTS: INGREDIENTS
100 g watermelon 150ml oat milk
50 g vegan feta cheese 100 g strawberries
My Raw Joy Almond Marbles 30 g almond spread
10 g maple syrup 1.5 Tbsp Chia Seeds
mint to decorate 1 Tbsp pomegranate seeds
My Raw Joy Almond Marbles
DIRECTIONS: DIRECTIONS:
Slice Watermelon and place on plate Mix Chia seeds with oat milk, let rise
Crumble feta cheese and add on top Slice strawberries and place into pudding
Drizzle with maple syrup Serve topped with pomegranate
Add Almond Marbles for crunch Add Almond Marbles for crunch
Decorate with mint leaves Enjoy!

FLUFFY MACA
CARAMEL MADNESS
PANCAKES SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS: INGREDIENTS
125g whole grain flour 2 frozen bananas
2 tablespoon organic sugar 1 cup non-dairy milk
1 teaspoon baking powder 2 tablespoons MRJ Carawmel
1/2 teaspoon salt 1 full tablespoon maca powder
240 ml non-dairy milk 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar raw almonds for garnishing
My Raw Joy Carawmel Spread Optional: Pinch of salt
Berries to decorate
DIRECTIONS: DIRECTIONS:
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder in a bowl Add all ingredients into a blender
Add milk + apple cider vinegar, whisk till smooth blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth .
Make small pancakes in pan & place on plate Pour into a glass
Add Carawmel Spread sprinkled with salt Decorate with chopped almonds
Decorate with berries Sprinkle extra maca on top

MORNING MIGHTY
DELIGHT YUMMY
BOWL GRANOLA
INGREDIENTS: INGREDIENTS
200 ml coconut yogurt 200ml non-dairy milk
50g Raw Buckwheat Granola 50g Raw Buckwheat Granola
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup 1 sliced pear
1 Sliced banana 30g raisins
Fruits to decorate 30g coconut flakes
DIRECTIONS: DIRECTIONS:
Mix yogurt with maple syrup Crumble Buckwheat Granola in bowl
Add Crumbled Buckwheat Granola Pour in non-dairy milk
Add sliced banana pieces Decorate with pear slices
Decorate with berries Sprinkle raisins and coconut flakes

VEGAN STUFFED
CARBO- CASHEW
NARA PEPPERS
INGREDIENTS: INGREDIENTS
250 g whole wheat spaghetti pasta 120 g quinoa
300 g mushrooms 50g Cashew Spread
50g Cashew Spread 50g cannelloni beans
120ml water 30 g minced basil
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast 1 tablespoon red pepper spice
onion, garlic and fresh basil 4 medium red tomatoes
pumpkin seeds to decorate 4 big bell peppers
salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS: DIRECTIONS:
Cook the pasta al dente Cook quinoa and beans
Heat salted onion & garlic in pan till golden Cut cleaned peppers in half, lay out in pan
Blend water and Cashew Spread into sauce Mix quinoa, beans & cashew spread
Place pasta in sauce and stir well, let soak Fill pepper halves with mixture
Add salt and pepper to taste Bake for 30-35 minutes at 170°C
Sprinkle nutritional yeast & pumpkin seeds Top with basil & tomatoes

GREEN FRENCH
POWER KALE
OMELETTE TOAST
INGREDIENTS: INGREDIENTS
120g fresh spinach 2 slices of whole grain toast
100 ml water 50 ml tomato juice
50g chickpea flour herbes de provence
30g nutritional yeast fresh basil
20g turmeric salt and pepper
30g Kale Chips favourite vegetables
10g kala black salt
DIRECTIONS: DIRECTIONS:
Heat spinach in pan till soft Pour the juice into the bowl
In a bowl , blend water with chickpea flour add salt, pepper, herbs and fresh basil
Add in nutritional yeast, salt & turmeric Dip the bread slices in the sauce
Heat a pan with coconut oil Fry on each side in well-heated oil
Pour in omelette mix, heat till golden Sprinkle with Kale Chips
Serve with spinach & kale chips Serve with your favorite vegetables

JAR SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS: INGREDIENTS
200 ml coconut milk 6 Mejadol dates
50 g chia seeds 150ml water
40g Rawnella Spread 30g Raw Cashew Butter
10-20g agave syrup 10g Lucuma
50g berry mix 5g cinnamon
DIRECTIONS: DIRECTIONS:
Heat spinach in pan till soft Slice the dates into smaller pieces
In a bowl , blend water with chickpea flour Blend at high speed with water
Add in nutritional yeast, salt & turmeric Add Cashew butter and cinnamon
Heat a pan with coconut oil Pour into glass
Pour in omelette mix, heat till golden Sprinkle with Lucuma
Serve with spinach & kale chips Enjoy!

SUNNY TROPICAL
BANANA MANGO
FRITTERS LASSI
INGREDIENTS: INGREDIENTS
120 g rolled oats 1 medium-sized pitted mango
120g whole grain flour 50g My Raw Joy Almond Butter
2 bananas, sliced 120ml water
100 ml non-dairy milk 50ml coconut cream
1 tablespoon baking powder 1 passion fruit
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar 1/2 lemon
2-3 scoops Rawnella Spread
DIRECTIONS: DIRECTIONS:
Pour dry ingredients into a bowl Peel and cut the mango into slices
Add milk, vinegar and 1 banana Blend mango and water in mixer
Blend ingredients till smooth Add coconut cream Almond Butter
Heat up a pan at medium heat Add lemon juice
Using coconut oil, fry small shapes till golden Pour into glass
Flip around for 30 seconds Decorate with passion fruit seeds
Serve with Rawnella and Banana Enjoy!
