10/17 & 10/18 4 Karma Cat Café volunteer - As a volunteer, you are responsible for helping the business by
cleaning/sanitizing all surfaces, sweeping, and mopping floors,
cleaning cat litter boxes
- I am always humbled and enjoy dedicating my time to help
volunteer at karma cat café. They are a local small business
that continues to help the community with educating the
importance of spay/neuter your pets and adopting cats for low
cost. By helping clean and tidy high traffic areas in the business
it helps eliminate clutter that is created by having several cats
roam freely.

11/12/22 2 Commission on Aging - As a volunteer, I contributed to raking yards at two homes in

community raking the community. This included clearing the front, back and side
yard of leaves and taking them the designated area such as the
curb for pickup.
- A valuable lesson learned during this time was that not
everyone has the outside support to help assist with annual
chores like raking. Something that seems so simple for
someone like myself can be very challenging for others in the
community.
